#47 – Agile HR

Besides HR working in an agile manner, Agile HR is about understanding the values of agility and accelerating the adoption of these values across the enterprise by modifying existing practices to align better with them, such as measuring the performance (i.e., the value-add), developing the competencies and setting the goals of teams instead of individuals. Thus, for your agile transformation to be a success, create a highway between HR and your agile coaches, so both parties can accelerate each other’s journeys.
